Holiday update

Dear <<Your First Name>>,

It's been a busy year with no let up in sight. I've been teaching mostly online, but I actually got to travel to Iowa this year to teach in person.

As this year winds down, I am working hard on revising and refreshing my online courses on the New Zenler platform. Why did I switch platforms? Basically, because the new one has way more features for less money! Which means I can deliver more features and content to YOU. If you enrolled in one or more of my courses in the past, you should get an email inviting you back into your course on the new platform. You may have to create a new account and password- you know the usual stuff. If you should have any trouble, just email me and we will sort it all out.

But also we are in full Holiday mode. Nutcracker rehearsals and performance are in full swing, and I can't wait to see my students perform on stage!  Here is one of beautiful Snow Queens:

And how about you? Are you working on any fun Xmas quilty projects or decorations?  In years gone by, I used to make little paper pieced ornaments which I still love, like this...

LIttle tiny scraps can make adorable ornaments, great for gift giving. I just put a stiff interfacing and fused on the front and the back and added some yarns around the edges. I think I found these patterns online, but couldn't tell you where. A quick google search like this will help you: https://www.google.com/search?...

That is it for now. I will be writing to you soon with further updates, tips and class opportunities. Until then, stay well, stay sane and enjoy this cozy time of year at your sewing machine and with your families.

Much love always,
