Teaching Philosophy
I believe that exploration in the studio is its own form of joy—experimenting and discovering what excites you, and letting curiosity lead the way. Mastering a new process can be deeply therapeutic and calming. I encourage students to find their artistic voice as they work, allowing their style to evolve naturally rather than trying to plan everything from the start. Technical skill is important, but it’s how you use that skill to express your unique vision that truly matters.
